TU European Trust

The aim of the TU European Trust is to provide investors with capital growth over the medium term through investment in large and medium sized companies quoted on European stock markets.

In particular, the trust can (and does) invest in UK companies and, as at 1 March 2011, this accounted for about 32% of the portfolio. Most of the remainder of the fund is invested in companies within the EU, but investment in non-EU companies is permitted.
