The Musicians’ Union celebrated 120 years at its 35th Delegates Conference in Manchester on 23rd and 24th July. Over 100 members and invited guests joined with the MU’s Executive Committee and speakers from industry, education and Parliament at the Midland Hotel in Manchester, just a stone’s throw from where the Union was first established in 1893.
The occasion was marked as 200 guests attended a reception at the Midland and were entertained by acts including the Parliamentary band, MP4.
